Our Process
For each event we undertake a detailed four step process
Initial Scope Call
On initial enquiry our team will book in a scope call with you to discuss the event requirements and develop an event concept matching your vision.
Event Solution & Budget
Once the parameters of the event have been set, our team will put together a technical solution that meets your budget. We will work with you to create a solution that suits both your creative vision & practical technical needs.
Logistics & Project Management
On confirmation of the booking, we will begin the strategic & logistical planning of the event. This includes liaising with venues & suppliers, booking in crew, building project documentation and rehearsal time. Our production experts will be on hand throughout.
Event Delivery
The JacobsMassey Production team will be on-site, or online, to support all technical elements of the event and ensure successful delivery.
